Logo Redesign Fix
I think companies should only focus on creating high-quality products rather than trying too hard to relate to their customers. Doing things such as updating their Logos or restaurants, creating weird mashups of their food products will only draw customers away.
The worst logo
Disclaimer: This is my opinion; it’s perfectly fine to disagree with me.

The Twitter logo redesign was one of the most unnecessary and pointless changes made to an app. A giant X gives me no indication that this is a social media platform.
Logos Shouldn’t be simple
Logos are a very important part of any business. They represent what an organization has to offer. Over the years, many companies have redesigned their logos to keep up to date with the times. I would like to argue that logo redesigns are bad for business. The more a logo gets redesigned, the more they lose their recognition and their meaning of business. For example, the logo for Firefox currently looks a lot less like a fox surrounding a globe. Redesigning a logo is also a risky move financially and socially. One bad design could cause many costumers to riot. Not too long ago, Amazon received a huge backlash when their new app design resembled too much to an infamous person in history. It was so bad that they were forced to tweak the logo a bit.

Simple Logos

Logos are an essential feature of any business. All logos showcase what the industry has to offer. As time goes on, everything must keep changing to keep up with the times. Many companies, such as McDonald’s, Google, etc., have gone through many logo changes over the years to stay relevant. I believe that this is a good strategy to change the logo every once in a while. It would help draw in any new customers who have never eaten from a certain restaurant or are unsure of using a well-known app.
